• Writer – A person contracted or employed by the Company to complete Orders.
• Credit Balance – Prepaid funds available in a Customer’s account on the Website.

• By placing an Order, you confirm that you are of legal age (18+) or are using the Website under parental/guardian supervision.
• The United States is our primary country of operation.
• Customers under 18 are prohibited from registering or placing Orders.
• All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records.
• We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other methods listed on the Website, in USD or other agreed currencies.

• Orders must be paid in advance, either in full or 50% upfront with the balance due upon completion.
• Completed Products remain encrypted until full payment is made.
• Customers may use Credit Balance to pay for services.
• In case of payment failure, Customers should confirm card validity, online payment permissions, and sufficient funds before contacting Support.
• Multiple transactions may appear as separate charges on the Customer’s billing statement.

• All Products are delivered electronically via the Customer’s account dashboard.
• Customers are notified via email and SMS once a file is available for download.
• As a digital service, no physical shipping or delivery fees apply.
• Deadlines are set by the Customer. While we strive to meet all deadlines, turnaround time depends on the complexity and length of the Order.

Revisions are provided under the following conditions:

• The request aligns with the original Order requirements.
• No new instructions or additional work are added.
• The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• At least 24 hours are provided to process the revision.
• The Company reserves the right to reject revision requests that violate these conditions.
