How to Calculate GPA for AP or Honors Courses?

Students who are taking AP Advanced Placement Class or Honor courses, have weighted grade points. For example, for an honors courses grade a half point (0.5) is added, for AP course a whole point (1.0) is added. Once you are done with Advanced Placement or Honors courses your resulted will be calculated above 5 for AP and 4.5 for honors.
